SUBSTANCE ABUSE  TREATMENT

Our counselors utilize interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic counseling methods to help clients achieve their mental, emotional, physical, social, moral, educational, and spiritual goals.  We believe counseling is best utilized to help clients understand their problems and to learn new skills for coping with or solving those problems.  To help clients suffering from the disease of addiction, we utilize the 12-step model as well as cognitive-behavioral methods.

We can help you with the following issues:

• Adolescent risky behaviors

• Juvenile sexual behavior problems

• Physical, Emotional & Sexual Abuse

• Substance abuse and dependence

• Adult and child ADHD

• Juvenile delinquency

• Spiritual crisis

Substance abuse assessments are conducted and results can be provided to the courts, your employer or any other agency.  We conduct the following hour-long assessments in our office:

-- Addiction Severity Index, Fifth Edition (ASI-5) for adults
-- Teen Addiction Severity Index (T-ASI) for adolescents

Urinalysis testing fees are $15 for each on-site test conducted.  Documentation of test results is provided immediately and can be forwarded to officials/employers as needed.  Positive results may also be confirmed by laboratory testing through Redwood Toxicology Laboratories for an additional $35 per substance to be confirmed.  Results are provided within 36 hours. 

On-site tests detect the following common drugs of abuse:
  - Amphetamines
  - Barbiturates
  - Benzodiazepines
  - Cocaine
  - MDMA/Ecstasy
  - Methamphetamine
  - Opiates
  - Oxycodone
  - PCP
  - THC/Marijuana

PAYMENT

Cash, credit/debit card, money order or check payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.   Returned checks will result in a $20 service charge.

We accept the following insurances at this time:

• Medicaid (Traditional) (Superior) (Driscoll)
• Tricare - Standard & ValueOptions
• Driscoll Children's Health Plan
• Aetna
• CIGNA
• Humana
• MultiPlan
• PHCS

Other insurances may be accepted as well, but may require pre-authorization for out-of-network provider.

We offer a generous sliding scale fee to those who choose not to use insurance or don't have insurance.
